District 9815

On the 1 July 2024, Rotary Districts 9810 and 9820 were merged to form a new District 9815. Beaumaris Rotary is one of 82 Rotary and Rotaract Clubs making up the new district which stretches from Hampton in the West to Orbost in the East.  The new district has just over 2,000 members.

Under District Governor Colin Byron, parts of the new structure are different. The role of the Assistant Governor has been retired, with clubs now organised into larger Community Groups, each with a Community Leader to assist club Presidents as needed.  Our Community Group is made up of these clubs:

Beaumaris, Bentleigh, Moorabbin Central, Chelsea, Frankston, Frankston North, Frankston Sunrise, Hampton, Moorabbin, Mordialloc, Peninsula 2.0 and Sandringham.

Our Community Leader is Wil Cornelissen from the Waverly Rotary Club.

District 9815 Website

The new District 9815 website is nearly complete and worth a visit. The Avenues of Service and Clubs and Members sections are full of information.

The member login is now operating and you can use the same login and password as D9810. The old D9810 site is no longer fully functional so you will not be able to use the member login anymore.

The new link has been added to the home page of our club website.

District 9815 ClubRunner

ClubRunner now covers District 9815 with information on 82 clubs and 2,000 members.  If you are a user of the ClubRunner app you will see information for the whole district.  Remember to refresh your screen by touching the refresh symbol in the top right-hand corner when you are looking at any type of list.  This will ensure you see the latest version.
