2024 Charity Golf Days – Year in Review

Our annual charity golf day at Royal Melbourne Golf Club took place on Monday 20 May 2024, and was a huge success, with 372 tee times filled across both the east course (starting from the first tee) and west course (shotgun starts in morning and afternoon).  Players enjoyed a delightful day out on one of the world’s great golf courses.  This hugely popular event sells out very quickly, with many groups re-booking within days of the event.

Looking ahead, the 2025 Bayside Charity Golf Day at Royal Melbourne Golf Club is scheduled for Monday 19 May 2025. Bookings are filling quickly, so jump on the website to secure your spot for this exciting event.

Now in it’s third year, and supported by Golf Australia and the PGA, this event provides an opportunity for groups of three players to play with a PGA Associate at Sandy Golf Links. Sandy Golf Links is maintained and managed by Royal Melbourne Golf Club and provides an excellent quality course for players of all standards.

Held on Monday 4 March 2024, this event was fully booked with a morning and afternoon shotgun start. With excellent prizes, a light lunch and a chance to pick up some golfing tips during the round, we expect it to become a regular feature of the PGA and charity golf day calendar.

The date for the Sandy Golf Links event is expected to be in March 2025, and will be confirmed as soon as Golf Australia has finalised its full program.
